The setting was particularly good, really close to hospital. The stuffs where amicable & polite. We had the a double room which was good and huge.

Facilities were good, even so Wi-Fi connection was weak.

The location was great, next to food establishments and stores and restaurants and Laguna. It also was in the mall.

Tbh, this hotel needs improvement.

The hotel's location near many restaurants, fast food establishments, and a mall was very convenient. We also enjoyed the proximity to Riceworld, which was just a 5-minute drive away.

We stayed in a quiet and huge double room. the food was great with a wide array of options. - the location in the mall was prime and magnificent.

The room was huge and had all the amenities we needed, including a large TV with good cable and a big comfy bed with great pillows. We also appreciated the hot water, towels, and toiletries provided. The hotel was very peaceful and quiet too, which was perfect for a good night's sleep.

The decor of the room was a bit lacking and could use some improvement. We also found the door between the room and the bathroom to be a bit too transparent.

Centtro Residences in Los Banos is superbly located, with easy access to establishments such as supermarkets, food stalls, and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with clean amenities and a large cable TV with many channels. The AC keeps the room cool, and there is ample free parking space which is guarded for security. The staff, particularly Ms. Dories, the hotel manager, are highly accommodating and friendly.

There was a lack of complimentary bottled water in the rooms, and despite requesting it from the front desk, it was not delivered. Additionally, the hotel lacked any interesting room decor, making the ambiance feel a bit lackluster.

Spent my New Year's Eve at a hotel and it was a great experience. The room was very spacious with a large cable TV and excellent Wi-Fi connection. The AC unit was so quiet and kept the room so cool, which was great. The best aspects were the location, which was close to establishments and had ample free parking with a friendly, accommodating staff.

I wish there were bedside tables on both sides of the bed for convenience as well as better floor tiles. The door in between the bathroom and room had a mirror which was more of a privacy issue.
